RemindersByText.com accepts credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept Paypal. Unfortunately, no other forms of payments are accepted as of right now. We don’t require any contract or agreement, so you are free to cancel your subscription at anytime for any reason.

Our subscription payments are deducted from your bank account every month. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can cancel the subscription anytime you want as long as you contact us at least ten days before the payment is due. This will give us enough time to cancel the subscription before the payment is taken out.

If your credit card purchase doesn’t show up immediately, give it two to three days to appear on your statement. You will only be charged for the service you ordered, nothing more or extra. You won’t find any hidden fees on your order. The price you see is the price you get, there are no strings attached. Keep in mind, Captive Text, Inc. is our parent company and will be listed on your credit card statement.  You will not see RemindersByText.com on your statement. The description will read : PAYPAL*CAPTIVETEXT.
